can anyone tell me why this formula works
=IF(AND(G7<(TODAY()-15),I7=TRUE),"OK","contract required")

but this one doesn't

=IF(AND(G7<(TODAY()-15),I7=yes),"OK","contract required")

it's driving me mad...
