Default Display cell based on multiple cross-references


=SUMPRODUCT(--(C1:C1000=H1),--(B1:B1000=H2),A1:A1000)

Although this only works as long as column A is numbers and there are
no duplicate rows (i.e. 2 rows with 799 and 103)
