Hi excel kings,
I need some help on the formula.

Let me explain my need I have set of date column order number and its
value.

Date Order No Values (Rs)
May 14, 2006 0 50,000.00
May 16, 2006 3 20,000.00
May 20, 2006
May 26, 2006 5 600,000.00
May 28, 2006
June 1, 2006 10 100,000.00
June 5, 2006 6 2,000.00

Now I just need the count of the months that have the order no. and sum
of the values which have the order number corresponding to the months.
