Default excel autofilter down-arrow bad contrast blue/black when in use

I strongly agree that the default blue color for an "in-use" filter is nearly
impossible to distinguish from the black "not in-use" color. I would suggest
that even if users cannot change the color, make the default in-use color
very different (e.g. red, white, etc.) -- that fix should be a very simple
substitution change in the code, whereas allowing users to change it would
probably take more effort/time. Thanks.

small thing, but when in use the autofilter downward arrow highlights blue.
looking at a row of auto filter arrows (that are black) it is hard to tell
which filter you have got selected. Can you change the colour? if not why not?
