If A1=balance before any subtactions and column B contains the numbers
to be subtracted (starting in B2), the a simple formula could be:

A2=A1-B2
A3=A2-B3
A4=A3-B4
...

I'm not sure if this is what you had in mind, please clarify if your
problem is more complicated
