Great! got the look up to work, but when i copy the formula down it
changes all of the cell values

=VLOOKUP(A3, C2:D22,2,0)
=VLOOKUP(A4, C3:D23,2,0)
=VLOOKUP(A5, C4:D24,2,0)

need it to just change the A column, and keep the C2:D22,2,0 the same.
Any ideas?
