you can use MIN(A1:A7) and MAX(A1:A7) for the smallest (ie earliest) and
largest (ie latest) dates.
just remember to format the cell as a date if it gives you something like
35621 at first

I have two weeks of dates in a column, 6/5/06 through 6/11/06 a couple
of empty cells and then continues from 6/12/06 trough 6/18/06. There is
one date in each cell. So it looks something like this....
6/5/06
6/6/06
6/7/06
6/8/06
6/9/06
6/10/06
6/11/06
6/12/06
6/13/06
6/14/06
6/15/06
6/16/06
6/17/06
6/18/06
Now I want to make a formula to to show (in two cells) like this....
first cell should show....
6/5/06-6/11/06
Second cells should show....
6/12/06-6/18/06.
I want it to correspond to whatever is in the cells for that week.
Thank you in advance for your help.
