If you mean a Dynamic Range Name....
That refers to a Named Range that automatically resizes to reflect
changes in the number of items in the range. A common use of a Dynamic
Range Name (DNR) is to use one as the basis for Data Validation. When
items are added/removed from the list, the DNR grows/shrinks to reflect
the changes so the validation list always shows the complete list and
won't show extra blank rows.
