Default Schedule help


I have a couple of questions

How do I add the total of hours for five people on one schedule typed
up in a month schedule? Due to multiple people doing 4 on n 2 off just
totaling the lines mixes everyone up.


is there a monthly program i could use? can you advice a good one? or
free would be beter
