I have created a custom date format "YEAR ENDED "dd mmmm yyyy which displays
as YEAR ENDED 31 March 2006.

I can't get the date to appear in uppercase. I've tried the format as DD
MMMM YYYY but this has no effect.

Is there a way of doing this?
