Default Cost to Retail Price Formula - some help pse

Hi
I multiply my cost price by 2.35 to arrive at my retail price which is
straight forward enough!

However I'd then like to round up each resultant retail price as
follows:

Retail price ending between .01 to 0.25 rounds up to 0.25
Retail price ending between .26 to 0.50 rounds up to 0.50
Retail price ending between .51 to 0.75 rounds up to 0.75
Retail price ending between .76 to 0.99 rounds up(down) to 0.95

E.G. $4.86 will show as $4.95

Could anyone help me with, I suspect, a complex formula to enable me to
do this?

Regards
