Regarding a sheet with SharePoint Services running with it:

I've made the mistake of clicking "No" when asked whether I want to
sychronize with the server running Windows SharePoint Services. Now, I can't
edit the sheet. It gives me a warning: "Pending changes for this SharePoint
list were not leaded. To be able to make changes to this list, either refresh
the list or close and reopen this file and accept pending changes.

I don't know how to refresh this list (it's not a pivot table) and reopening
doesn't ask the question.

How can I refresh this option please?
