Default sort last names by in alphabetical order

Regardless you need to extract the last name either with a formula or
datatext to columns, if it is always a space then the last name you can use

=MID(A1,FIND("^^",SUBSTITUTE(A1," ","^^",LEN(A1)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1,"
",""))))+1,1024)


copy down, select both colums and sort by the help column
