Default how do I set different parameters for graphs columns?

You can take one of at least two approaches. One involves adding a tertiary
axis to go with the primary and secondary that Excel gives you:

The second approach involves layering or stacking the three series into
different sections of the chart:

If I am coming up with a graph that requires 3 different columns. one for
numbers from lets say 200 to 300 another for quantities for $1,000,000 to
$1,500,000 and another one for percentages from 10% to 15%, these are in
all
different parameters but they are continuous through the chart but the one
with the currency goes to the top and you can not see the other ones...
How
do I set it up so the chart does not consider them as in the same range of
quantities, and they look even... this is to create a timeline...
