Default Modified Average Function
Hello,

=sumproduct(--(B3:B13="Junior"),
C3:C13)/sumproduct(--(B3:B13="Junior"))

for Juniors, for example. The first sumproduct calculates the sum of
all Junior salaries and the second the count.
