using the following conditions. I already have a worsheet

totaling the hours each day. I need a formula that would
account for an
employee working more than 60 hours in any consecutive 7
day period. There

a) 60 hours in 7 consecutive days, without having 8 hours
off, or
b) 70 hours in 8 consecutive days, or
