Default Offset formula on different worksheet

Now I'd like to take it one step further and have the forumula match
based on two different cell criteria: G8 and H8. Can I do this?

=IF(Date=0, "", OFFSET(Data!$E$5, ROW(A1)+100, MATCH(G8,
Data!$F$3:$CT$3, 0) + 1))
