Default sizing the Excel spreadsheet correctly on the screen
Click the Windows Start button, then select Control Panel | Appearance
& Themes | Display then the Settings tab - here you can adjust screen
resolution.

In Excel you can use Window | Arrange to fit the window within the
screen.
