Default How to use bullets & numbering within a cell ?

The above statement matches my instructions. Must be done manually.

Or Are you saying it's possible to create a list in a single cell, and have
it automatically numbered or bulleted, as in Word. If so, I'd appreciate
more detail, as I haven't been able to find out how to do so.

No automatic bulleting or numbering as in Word.

Once you experiment you will get the idea.

You can make a bulleted/numbered list in a cell.
