Take the inverted comma's out the formula

=IF(H$14=0,0,H7/H$14)

So, in cell I7 I enter =IF(H$14="0","0",H7/H$14)

However, I get #DIV/0! in I7 even though H$14 sums to 0. I thought that's
the case is because H$14 is not actually 0 but a formula, but that's still
the case even if I replace the formula with a 0.
