I'm sure there is a correct forum for your question, but I cannot see
it's connection to Excel.

If you go to Google and enter your filename you will be presented with
a host of places from which you can download copies of the file, or
maybe a forum to discuss the usefulness of such a file, something like

You can't read much about this kind of trouble on the Internet but it
is a verry nasty problem.

With "Shellexview" (downloaded on the Internet) I disabled the
nvshell.dll option.
This file from nvvidea is no good but I don't know have to replace it.
