Be aware that times are stored as fractions of a day. So if D6 is 11:00 and D5 is 9:00, D6-D5 is not 2, but 083333333..........
If you want that to be hours, multiply by 24:

=(SUM(E5:G5)-SUM(E4:G4))/((D6-D5)*24)
