These are the dollar ranges I want to cover on the new column I want to
create. I will use this column to then create a pivot table.:
$0 - $10
$10.01 - $20
$20.01 - $100
$100.01 - $500.00
$500.01 - $1000.00
$1000.01 +

I have all types of dollar ranges
