Default Across Worksheets Again

Type your name in once.
Name that cell <insert<Name<Define
Type in name for cell (say 3 characters to keep it short)<OK

In each of the worksheets-
Highlight the cell to contain your name
Click on "="
Highlight the cell containing your name
Hit enter

This puts in a reference to that cell.
