The more rows and columns you have in a worksheet, the smaller your
scroll bars will be.
If you're talking about the horizontal scroll bar, you can move the
left margin of the scroll bar to make it bigger. You can't do this
with the vertical scroll bar.
If you have a bunch of empty rows at the bottom of the worksheet,
highlight the entire rows and delete them (not just the empty contents,
but the entire rows). Save your document and re-open it to see if the
scroll bar changed.
If this doesn't work, maybe someone else will have an idea.
