Hello!!!!

I am trying to find a way to make a one page data entry page that
people can add data to pre set fields...then this data is automatically
(or manually) transferred to the correct colums/ rows in a massive
database.

Is this just a crazy dream or is this something that you can actually
do.....and if so does anyone have any advice on where to start with
this?

I already have the master spreadsheet made up for the data to be fed
into just don't knwo what to do from here?
