Hi Try this.

Go to start-run.Type excel /safe.Click OK.This opens excel in safe mode
without
any startup add-inns or macros.Now open the workbook in safe mode and see if
the menu options work.If they work it means there might be a block of code or
an add-in at startup causing the problem.
