My problem is that the hyperlinks work when it is in an html format on my pc,
but when I put it on a web server they are broken - any ideas?

From the location of the HL, hit Insert Hyperlink (Ctrl+K).

From there you can enter in any cell reference by pressing the
"Bookmark" button and doing the cell/tab reference from there.
