Hi

In Excel I am having problems with the scrolling wheel on the mouse. I
have unticked smooth scrolling in internet explorer. I have unticked
Provide Feedback with Animation in Excel Tools. This is happening with
any mouse we put in the computer. It is only in Word, Outlook, Excel
this is happening and in other programs it is ok.

Can anyone help,
