If the data area is in ascending order on its first column as it looks
from your sample...

=LOOKUP(E2,$A$2:$A$6,$B$2:$B$6)

=VLOOKUP(E2,$A$2:$B$6,2,1)

If the data area is not sorted...

=VLOOKUP(E2,$A$2:$B$6,2,0)
