Default Cluster charts and the secondary y-axis

You need to add some blank dummy series to maintain proper positioning of
the series.

I'm trying to create a cluster chart with two series' of data but with a
secondary y-axis. Upon clicking on secondary axis (Format Data Series /
Axis
/ Plot on secondary axis) it stacks each cluster, meaning each data pair.
I
want them to stay side by side, just as they appear when there is only one
axis (ie. no overlap). Once the secondary axis is clicked off,
manipulating
the overlap has no effect. I can't seem to separate the pairs.
