Default Error message #NAME from formula

from Excel's help file - notice the part about the #Name error?

YEARFRAC
Calculates the fraction of the year represented by the number of whole days
between two dates (the start_date and the end_date). Use the YEARFRAC
worksheet function to identify the proportion of a whole year's benefits or
obligations to assign to a specific term.

If this function is not available, and returns the #NAME? error, install and
load the Analysis ToolPak add-in.

I have a the formula "YEARFRAC" on one of my spreadsheets to calculate the
length of time between two dates. When I look at the spreadsheet on my
computer, the formula displays the correct answer, and also does so on most
of my co-workers computers. However, for on co-worker, she gets the error
"#NAME." I think it is a setting on her computer, but cannot find one. Any
ideas, or am I missing the setting?

Thanks!
