Default How do I automate credit control

Piete --

I don't know how you're setting up your data, but this activity can work
well in Word. If you set up your Excel worksheet so that each column has a
piece of information: Name, Street address, city, state, zip, amount due,
then you can go into Word, do the MailMerge activity, and direct it to look
for data from this Excel workbook. It'll find the info, pick up the column
labels, and you can create a letter template.

If you plan on using the Excel workbook to keep track of the accounting
functions, (checks, billings, late fees, etc.) then it's still doable but
you'll have to put a lot more time into getting it set up to a single
worksheet from which you can pull info.

My sailing club is in difficulty with people who pay late fees, I am a novice

and want to automate sending out letters to remind people to pay. Is there a
way to do this or an add in someone has developed that can be adjusted to
suit our spreadsheet.
