I would like to do is this:
=IF(OR(AND(E13,F14),OR(A1=9,B1=9,C1-D11)),0,50)

In this instance the C1-D1 calculation in the "OR" area should make the
answer true or here 0. It dosn't seem to work properly with regards to the
A1
and B1 problem. Any suggestions would be helpful!
