Default Data Vs Chart

A pivot table might be a good approach. You need three columns: date (fill
them all in), hour, and value. Select the data, and make a pivot table (data
menu). You probably want Hour in the rows area, Date in the columns area,
and Value in the data area. But you can drag the fields around depending on
the extent of your data and how you find the analysis is proceeding.
