Consider Data Filter AutoFilter......it will show you all the "a" dates,
or "b" dates, or show you all the "a,b,c,etc" on a given date, or date
range......

The data collected will use a days calculation to work out average times

I just didnt want to have five collumns of visible data if not neccessary.
