Default have a name change cells between sheets

I have 1 worksheet that has names and table numbers they are assigned to. On
the next worksheet i want a colume for each table and a list of names under
that colume but i want excel to change the name to a different table colume
if that person changes the table seating they were assigned to. I want to be
able to put in the new table number on sheet one and excel change the name to
the right table colume on sheet 2. How can i make excel change that name
under the changed colume.
