Am I just a grumpy old man? This trend to speak about 'tab' when 'worksheet'
is meant is a pain in the neck. If the OP had used the right term he/she
could have entered "Insert worksheet" into Help's search and found the
answers in seconds.
Time for another coffee maybe!
