Default populating table from outlook

I receive an automated email every morning containing my site's total revenue
for the previous day. Currently I enter this data manually into an excel
tracker. I'd like to know if there's a way to make excel harvest the data
directly from incoming emails to my outlook and populate the tracker
accordingly? I have the option to change the data format within the email,
have it sent as an attachment etc. etc, the key concern is automation.

Any help most gratefully received
