Default Conditional Formatting

If you already have conditional formatting set up for row 1, then
before you enter any data into row 2 you can highlight the cells in the
previous row, click the Format Painter icon then click and highlight
the same cells in the next row (i.e. where you want to put the new
data). You could then remove the CF which applied to the cells in the
previous row. Then start entering your data.

This is a procedural method - would you prefer a formula?
