I can't see a way to do this, but you could 'cheat' and have an extra
columns that combines the two columns.
e.g. Dog is in A1 and Cat is in B1.
In C1 use the formula =A1&" "&B1 to give Dog Cat as the answer.
Then have the Combo box looking at column C.
