Default Linking names in excel

I have created an excel workbook with 15 projects and a summary sheet, which
collates the percentage required for each person for those 15 projects. Is
there anyway to click on the summary sheet name and it automatically sets the
other 15 sheets to the name. I have to presently cursor up/down on each
sheet to look the person's name.
