I have four columns
A1=Name
B1=Y
C1=
D1=Y

(Y mean yes and blank means no in celss B-D)

What i would like to do is for excel to compare cells B, C, and D and
return the name in A1 if B1 is blank and there is a Y in C1.

Please help...Thanks!
