Create a pie chart with 4 cells each with the value 1.
Then select the pie chart and then select the top right slice.
Move your mouse to the bottom right edge of the slide, 3 o'clock position.
The cursor should change from a pointer to a cross-hair. You should now be
able to click and drag the slice and change its value rather than explode
it.
