In the CF change the Cell Value is to Formula Is
=OR(COUNTIF($A$1:$A$100,C5)0,COUNTIF($B$1:$B$100, C5)0)
Select Format, Patterns select your fill color then OK, OK.

=OR(MATCH(C5,A1:A100,0)0,MATCH(C5,B1:B100,0)0)
Select Format, Patterns select your fill color then OK, OK.
Format down your list.
