Hi Jane,

This could be done with a macro but first up see if the following works
for you:
copying your cells/rows [ctrl + c],
selecting the top left cell where you want the cells to be pasted &
then,
choosing Insert - Copied Cells [alt + i + e] & [enter] (if needed).
