As a UK resident,I can confirm that 'throwing a wobbly' is similar to
'going ballistic', 'losing it'.

We do not generally use 'Dogs breakfast' -I have always believed the
phrase to be 'Dogs Dinner' but the meaning is the the same - just look
at the state of the floor around some dogs' dinner bowls!
