For a column (column A)
=OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,0,0,COUNTA(Sheet1!$A:$A),1)
So for a row (row 10)
OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$10,0,0,1,COUNTA(Sheet1!$10:$10))
