hi

i have created a fairly large pivot table and when i come to refresh
the data or select specific items i get the error message - 'there are
too many records to complete the operation' i checked on the MS site
for the limits of pivot tables but if i had reached the limit i should
have received a different error message.

any help would be much appreciated
