I am trying to find out if a cell is between 2 times.

A1 = 06:00
B1 = 10:00

A cell will represent 15 minutes. So the cell will display a number if
the cells number (say 06:15) falls between or is equal to anyof
these.

i.e. =IF(A1<="06:15" AND B1="06:15", "true", "false")
